Monthly Care Plans (Optional)
We offer optional membership plans for families who prefer a simple, predictable approach to pediatric care. These can be especially helpful for uninsured families or those with high deductibles who want added access and cost transparency. Participation is completely optional insurance based in self-pay visits are always welcome as coverage allows.
Pay-Per-Visit (Self-pay)
We offer straightforward, self-pay pricing designed to be accessible and cost-effective without compromising quality care. This option is ideal for families without insurance, with high deductibles, or you prefer to pay per visit. Every visit includes the same thoughtful, relationship base pediatric care focused on your child's individual needs.
Sick Plan - $75/month
- Includes up to 6 sick, office, or problem-focused visits per year
- Includes any recommended in-office testing
Wellness Add-On - additional $15/month
- Includes 1 annual well-child exam
- Includes 1 annual flu shot
- Best for families who are self-pay or their insurance plan does not cover preventative well child exams
Care Plans
- Discounts: Receive $15 off per month for each additional child after the 2nd child
- 12-month membership agreement
- Initial first two months due at enrollment
- Remaining months billed monthly
- Any additional visits past the included amount will be offered at a discounted rate
