We are actively contracting with additional major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and Medicaid. Contracting timelines can vary, and we will update this page as new plans are finalized.
If your insurance plan is not yet in network, we offer transparent self-pay pricing to keep care accessible.

At Hummingbird Pediatrics, we believe pediatric care should be transparent, predictable, and family-centered.
We offer two simple self pay options:
Membership Plans (Optional)
We offer optional membership plans for families who prefer a simple, predictable approach to pediatric care. Memberships can be especially helpful for uninsured families or those with high deductibles who want added access and cost transparency. Participation is completely optional insurance based in self-pay visits are always welcome as coverage allows.
Pay-Per-Visit (Self-pay)
We offer straightforward, self-pay pricing designed to be accessible and cost-effective without compromising quality care. This option is ideal for families without insurance, with high deductibles, or you prefer to pay per visit. Every visit includes the same thoughtful, relationship base pediatric care focused on your child's individual needs.
Membership Cost
- $89 per month per child
- Additional siblings: $79 per month
- 12-month membership agreement
- First two months ($178) due at enrollment
- Remaining months billed monthly
