Yes! We offer discounted self-pay pricing for families who prefer to pay out of pocket.

We're also introducing the Hummingbird Family Membership, a simple monthly option that bundles exclusive benefits for families who want predictable, transparent pricing.

Membership details and pricing will be announced soon.

At Hummingbird Pediatrics, our first and most important priority is the safety and well-being of our patients and community. Routine childhood vaccinations are one of the safest and most effective ways to protect children from serious illness and to reduce the spread of vaccine-preventable diseases, particularly for our most vulnerable patients, including newborns, children with weakened immune systems, and pregnant individuals.

We strongly recommend that children receive immunizations according to the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) immunization guidelines to protect the health of individual children and the community as a whole.

We understand that some families choose to follow a delayed vaccination schedule or have questions or concerns about certain vaccines. Hummingbird Pediatrics welcomes families whose children are on a delayed schedule, and we are committed to partnering with parents to provide education, address hesitancies, and discuss a plan that supports each child's health while continuing preventive care.

For families who are not fully immunized, we ask that families remain open to ongoing conversation and periodic review of vaccination status during routine visits. Our approach is centered on mutual respect, clear communication, and shared goals for a child's well-being.

As always, we will continue to care for patients who are unable to receive certain vaccines due to medical reasons.

Please notify us!

We may reschedule your well visit and offer a same-day sick visit instead to protect young babies in the clinic.

You'll be able to schedule online through our easy mobile-friendly system. Until then, fill out our New Patient Interest Form and we'll notify you as soon as scheduling opens.

We keep daily openings for same-day sick visits and encourage families to schedule online using our easy, mobile-friendly system so you can grab the time that fits your day. Our goal is to make getting care fast and seamless—no long waits, no guessing.   If something more urgent pops up (a cut, injury, high fever, worsening symptoms), please call on your way in- or walk in if you need to. We'll make every effort to have your little bird seen quickly.

Yes. We collaborate with a pediatric registered nurse triage line during non-business hours to help guide you through any acute or urgent concerns that can’t wait until morning. When this service is used, a small fee may apply.

For any life-threatening symptoms—such as difficulty breathing, severe injury, unresponsiveness, or concerns for a medical emergency—please call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately.

Our initial office hours will be Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.   As our practice grows, we plan to expand availability to select weekends, and in the future we hope to offer extended weekday evening hours to better support busy families.

Our nest closes for all major holidays, and we'll always let you know ahead of time if we'll be closed for any special Llano events or community celebrations.

We off in-house lab draws for your convenience and partner with trusted third-party laboratories to process and complete testing quickly and seamlessly.

If your child needs imaging or X-rays, we will coordinate orders or referrals to local imaging centers nearby, ensuring you receive timely results and clear next steps.
